No. This tool runs inside your browser with code loaded from signofficially.com. Your file is read, changed and saved on your own device. Open your browser's developer tools, choose the Network tab and use the tool: no file leaves your computer.

Is there a limit on files?

Merge up to 100 files at a time. Everything runs on your device, so size depends only on your computer's memory.

Are links and form fields kept?

Yes. Page content, links and form fields are kept. Bookmarks from the original files are not copied yet.
