Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and WorkOfficially Inc. ("WorkOfficially", "we") for your use of Sign Officially at signofficially.com. By using Sign Officially you agree to them.

1. The service

Sign Officially provides PDF tools that run in your browser, and an electronic signature service that sends documents to the people you choose and records the signing process.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Your documents

You keep all rights to your documents. You give us permission to store and transmit them only as needed to run the service for you. In Private mode we cannot read your documents at all.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not send documents to people who have not agreed to receive them, or use Sign Officially for spam or phishing.
  • Do not impersonate anyone, forge signatures, or use the service for anything illegal.
  • Do not try to break, overload or probe the service except through our security reporting process.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, especially to protect people receiving documents.

5. Electronic signatures

You are responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is right for your document and your location. Some documents require other forms of signature. Sign Officially does not give legal advice.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Sign Officially available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features, and we will tell you about important changes to these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
